- สินค้ากลุ่ม pre-order accessories กระเป๋า และหน้ากาก ไม่สามารถทำการคืนสินค้าได้
- สามารถคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่พัสดุส่งถึงผู้รับตามแจ้งของบริษัทขนส่ง
- สินค้าต้องอยู่ในสภาพปกติ ไม่มีการชำรุด และป้ายสินค้าไม่ถูกตัด
- บริษัทไม่รับผิดชอบค่าขนส่งในการคืนสินค้า
- หลังจากบริษัทได้รับสินค้า และทำการตรวจสอบสินค้าว่าอยู่ในเงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า ทางบริษัทจะทำการคืนเงินภายใน 14-21 วันทำการ
- ในกรณีลูกค้าชำระเงินค่าสินค้าด้วยบัตรเครดิต บริษัทจะดำเนินการคืนเงินเข้าระบบบัตรเครดิตที่ลูกค้าทำการชำระ
- ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าชำระด้วยช่องทางอื่น บริษัทจะทำการโอนเงินค่าสินค้าคืนไปยังบัญชีธนาคารของลูกค้า โดยทางบริษัทจะทำการติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อขอข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร
- เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้าเป็นไปตามบริษัทกำหนด การพิจารณาขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของบริษัท คำตัดสินของบริษัทถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

Return of an eligible item must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). Please be patient and note the Return Policy conditions, as follows:
1. Only normal price items are eligible to exchanges and returns. For accessories and special items etc. Pre-order items and Masks cannot be exchanged or returned.
2. The item must be in the condition in which it was received, with price tag intact, in original packaging (if any) and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.
3. The item must be unused, unworn and suitable for resale.
4. Replacement items, from previous returns, are not eligible for return.
5.The company reserves refund product sale promotion.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURN OF ANY PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS.
